About Change LLC: 

Recycling Human Potential

Change comes from going through a process to adapt and create new possibilities for a better personal and work life.

FOR THE INDIVIDUAL:
Freedom from the pain of the past to experience the peace and joy of now.  
FOR THE COMPANY:
Before you remove or replace and employee, it may make better business sense to recycle that employee.  
We offer two programs: 

  • One program specializes in Personal Growth by providing Life Coaching for anyone raised in an abusive or alcoholic or non-supportive or dysfunctional environment (based on my book Recycling Your Past).

  • The second program is intended to be initiated at the company level to retrain an employee who needs a new perception about their career responsibilities.
